2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2.2 Post-Processing Cancellation

  • Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Due to the nature of our products (food items, chocolates, coffee, and biscuits), certain orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, especially if weather-sensitive items have already entered transit logistics.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund processing time: 5 to 15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

5. Failed Delivery Cancellations

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts, or
  • Refusal to accept the order without valid reason,

  • The order will be considered cancelled, and return charges or re-delivery costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
